ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a team member for the Dick Valentine Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and State Farm. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Help our 40,000 customers
- Show up on time with a great attitude and desire to work
- Have fun working for one of the top Agents in Illinois with the opportunity to start your own Agency
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Love working in a fast paced office with eight other co-workers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The desire to learn and make a difference in people's lives
- Extensive training so that you have the tools to be successful
- GRIT
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

- Our office is open 9:00-5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1999.
- We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Golden Triangle
